Floor City is an authorized flooring store but we encourage our customers to view our online showroom as our physical showroom is only available at our headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. We recommend ordering samples online by clicking order sample on a product page. Samples are typically delivered within 3-7 business days. We can overnight samples but additional fees may be applicable.
