Do you sell to homeowners or just to contractors & businesses.
Yes, we sell direct to consumers. However, we do offer contractors and businesses a special price if a contractor license or resell certificate is provided. All customers are eligible for bulk discounts when ordering full pallet or rolls.
Does Floor City charge sales tax.
Yes, sales tax is collected in any state that we have Nexus in or have registered to offer local pickup. Even if we do not charge you tax you still may still be subject to use tax in your states.
Do you offer coupon codes.
Discounts and promotions are provided on a per order basis. We already have a very competitive price, but we do offer bulk discounts and price-matching if you can provide a quote from another dealer. We do not match pricing from Home Depot, Lowes, Floor and Decor or other big box stores that have special manufacturer pricing.
What payment methods do you accept.
We take all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, ect.) We also accept cash, company checks and cashier's checks.
Can I place an order by phone.
Yes, we take phone orders but we do encourage placing orders online. After your order is submitted -- customer service will follow up with you to confirm order details. For fixed cost items like area rugs or sample orders we do not call but may require approval by email if an item is on backorder. To place an order by phone please call 800-898-9540.
Do you deliver direct.
Yes, we will ship flooring products directly to your home or business. Do you ship internationally. We can ship to a freight forwarder in the United States but do not offer brockerage services.
Where do we get our products from.
FloorCity.com is an online store that sells products directly to customers in the United States. Floor City has partnered with multiple flooring distributors nationwide to allow for convenient pick-up locations in your area. The majority of the products we supply are made in United States or overseas.
Can I return materials.
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. All returns require a return authorization number. Refunds or exchanges are subject to a 35% restocking fee or a minimum of $75.00 and the cost of returned shipping. Special order items shipped from the mill cannot be cancelled or returned. Roll or sheet goods that are cut are not eligible for return unless considered damaged or defective. Proof of damage must be documented at the time of delivery.
Do you offer a warranty.
All warranties are those of the Manufacturer. We do not personally guarantee the quality of the products we sell. However, we do work on your behalf to review potential defects in products and will help submit a claim on any product deemed to be defective.
