Custom-made matching vent covers to match your floors are the latest trend in vinyl plank flooring installation. Rather than have a metal vent cover that sticks out from the floor and doesn't match the flooring, you could install a custom vent to match.

These custom-made vents are manufactured from the matching flooring so they will be almost the exact color of your flooring. The finished product will look as if it's one consistent product as seen in the video. Our vents have a heavy-duty metal backer to make them super strong!

Durable and Stylish Vents

Our vents have been tested to 1200 lbs and have simulated a 300 lbs person sitting on a chair with a 2” leg. Our vents can withstand the highest trafficked area in your home. Will the vents match the direction of the grain on my floor? No. The vents will not always match the direction of your floor. Here is a picture of that example. Our vent will always run with the grain length-wise.

Can I clean my air ducts?

Yes, these vents can be easily removed for customers to do their duct cleaning as needed.

Can I restrict airflow?

Each set of vents comes with magnets to easily restrict the airflow. Magnets can be easily trimmed to accommodate your desire.

Can I partially restrict airflow?

Yes, the vents come with 2 magnets to either partially or fully restrict the airflow.

Where can I store the magnets?

The magnets can easily be taken off and magnetically attached to the sheet metal inside of your ductwork at the vent.

How do I measure for the correct size?

Simply remove the existing vent and measure the size of the opening on the floor. See more instructions on our website. What type of flooring can the vents be made from?

Our vents can be made from most lvt/lvp, and most engineered hardwood.

Does your product require special cleaning?

No, the vent is made from your floor, so you can use the product you use on your floor.

Do you make matching air vents for COREtec?

Yes, all current or even past COREtec products would be available to match your for vents. If the US Floors, Shaw or COREtec product is discontinued then we would need you to send us the material to make the vents. Floor vents are perfect for creating seamless looking flooring finish.

Are the vents flush with the rest of the floor?

Yes, since these matching vents are made from the same thickness as your current floors, they should be completely flush. This also means your Roomba won't get stuck on it when sweeping the floor. In addition, it's nice to be able to walk directly over the vent without worrying about damaging/breaking it or stubbing your toe on the vent edge.

What other brands do you make vents for?

We make vents for nearly every manufacturer and even if we have never made a vent for the maker of your floor, we should be able to custom match it using your materials. Although we stock many of the top colors and don't charge you for the material, some luxury vinyl flooring is no longer produced so you would just have to ship us a box to make the vents.
