Most deliveries past 7 days are special order and are noted at the time of the order; as some goods are made to order. Special order goods that take longer than 21 days are not able to be canceled if already on the production schedule to be produced. Any cut goods like carpet or sheet vinyl/linoleum can not be returned or canceled once cutting has ocurred.
