Frieze is a type of carpet pile that’s made from nylon or wool and has a looped or twisted pile. It’s the modern cut pile carpet featuring long, twisted, and curly fibers that hide footprints and vacuum marks.
Frieze carpets are dense and durable, plus they hide dirt and stains. They’re also resistant to crushing and matting. The tightly twisted or looped carpet fibers make them very strong and ideal for use in high-traffic areas.
