Attraxion has the horizontal sheer strength of a glued floor, but lifts vertically very little resistance making it especially easy to replace a damaged plank. (Accidents happen...) Because no glue is used, Attraxion floors are waterproof making them great options for basements or other areas that may be subject to moisture. Deja New features some of our most popular designs and features FX3 Surface Protectant with Ultra-Fresh for superior stain repellancy and abrasion resistance while inhibiting the growth of mold and mildew on the surface of the floor. This game-changing two-part installation technology... part one is Metroflor LVT engineered with a ferrite receptor that facilitates a strong installation over the Magnebuild magnetic underlayment, part two of the Attraxion system. Attraxion drastically reduces typical flooring replacement times and that’s just the beginning. Attraxion Magnetic Attachment Technology eliminates adhesive-related VOCs and the magnetic underlayment can dual purpose as a moisture barrier and a crack suppressant membranes to minimize costs related to floor prep. No worries about electronics. Attraxion Magnetic Attachment Technology will not affect computers, smartphones, or tablets and is safe for electronic implant devices like pacemakers.
